The location is amazing, really quiet place to relax. The room was quite spacious and clean, and the bathroom even had a bathtub. Also really nice view from the room. Food was very good.

René and Esther were wonderful hosts. They took a real interest in our activities. They care about their guests. The room was comfortable, with a modern bathroom with a good walk-in shower. It was quiet at night. Our room had a small balcony with a view of the mountains. Berwang is a small town and you can walk everywhere. Although there was one flight of stairs to our room, the stairs were not steep and had a good handrail. It's an easy day trip to get to the Austrian side of Zugspitze gondola.
Almtraum Berwang is a recently renovated apartment in Berwang where guests can make the most of its open-air bath and garden. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony.
Beautiful view from our cozy chalet. The host had great communication & was helpful in suggesting day trips & spectacular hikes from the front door of the chalet.
Our chalet was the perfect base to visit Neuschwanstein, the Parknach Gorge, the Zugspitze & other lovely hikes that the host suggested.
The host provided a lovely meal breakfast every morning. Our room was very comfortable & spotlessly clean.
We only regret we couldn’t stay longer. It is a tremendous accommodation! We loved it!!

I recommend Sportstüberl - the best restaurant one could imagine! Each week there's a concert of local brass-band, which is great. Also, Berwang is located at the level of 1342 m a.s.l, so it's an ideal start point for hiking, considering elevation gain. The views from Berwang are astonishing and everyone is very nice. There is also a perfect tourist information point at the heart of the village.
Genuine interest from staff to ensure you and other guests get to enjoy the stay at the hotel and enjoy the beautiful landscape.
Breakfast and dinner is freshly made and delicious.
WiFi is free and fast enough to stream movies.
Parking space is next to the entrance, making it easy to pack and unpack.
The staff speaks great English and German.
The place is situated in a picturesque mountain valley, tourist paths starting on green meadows lead to higher summits. The room is super clean and newly furnished, same for private bathroom. Highly recommended and for sure will stay in Baldauf once again on our next visit to Berwang.
We were lucky to stay in this apartment again on our way back. I love the view from the terrace! This is the wonderful place to sit with a cup of tea (or wine 😉) and look to the mountains.
