The lady at the reception was incredibly nice.
Location is perfect - very close to the ski slopes in a nice resort. Also a spa is very close.
Breakfast was very nice - enough options, two ladies making sure nothing runs out. I was surprised there was no fresh cheese/cottage cheese.
Sauna is a nice addition. Somebody should come during the sauna working hours to refill the water.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious, featuring a large balcony overlooking the ski piste. The food was simple but tasty, with an excellent salad bar. They provide a heated ski room for drying boots and equipment.

They have 3 nice saunas and one IR sauna.
Which is more than expected. The pool is large and clean. The location is quite good when it comes to skiing in Bad. You only need 12 minutes of driving.
Room is big enough for 2 adult and two kids.
