As soon as we came in, we were so happy to feel the warmth of the apartment. It was immaculately clean and nicely decorated with Christmas ornaments, making the place extra cosy. The hosts were also very friendly and we also appreciated that board games were available!

My stay was exceptional! At check in, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Spacious backyard, well maintained with grill. The breakfast was great. Also, the location, on some quite street, next to the mountains. The room was pretty generous and so was the bathroom (one of the best I've ever used).
Great for walking, with well-maintained trails. Old town is in perfect condition, preserved as if in a time-capsule (but not old and tired, freshly painted and bright).

It is not tourist-oriented. One has great difficulty finding a restaurant on Sunday or Monday evening, but even on Saturday the one we found was ready to close at 8 pm.

This is not a typical Austrian tourist heaven. It is not crowded, there are not hundreds of accommodations and noisy people, nor thousands of restaurants. There are few of them and this is very good. It is nice to use the car and be able to wander around. Great local shops, cafeterias, restaurants. Great but simple skying areas.
