From when we walked it felt very homey, they knew it was our honeymoon and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates, the communication beforehand was very clear and it was easy to find and access, there was a parking spot outside for us. They cared for all the small details as well including detergent pods for the washing machine and dishwasher, the large smart tv in the bedroom allows you to connect your Netflix account. The location is a little remote but in a good way, easy access to both Innsbruck and the zillertall area.

Too far from the city…free parking though….but if I add the money spent on public transportation I could have paid a parking in the city center……and stay at any hotel closer …not 25’ journey…from city center
Good location and with the guest card the receptionist gave me, free on the bus to Hall and Innsbruck, so I didn't have to drive everywhere. This is a beautiful area. It is a lovely hotel, huge room, balcony, welcoming receptionist - friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast. Amazing views.
Restaurant ok for dinner. Not open Saturday or Sunday, but plenty of options in Hall and Innsbruck.
Beautiful location, embedded in the Alps overlooking Innsbruck. Very scenic. Family-run hotel features Alpen style architecture and furnishings - heavy on the natural wood look. Spacious rooms with balcony and good sized bathroom. Very comfortable and personal service.
Great rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights, could leave some stuff in the hotel and came back after a few days after our hiking trip. The sauna is a real nice luxury bonus (especially after the hike)
