- Excellent staff. Reception staff Mary, Nestor and Luciana were very friendly, efficient and helpful, but special mention must be made for Ayelén, who works in the restaurant. She went out of her way to help us find transport, when there wasn't any available. Not part of her job, but she was going the extra mile to help a guest, which we really appreciated.
- The room was comfortable, with a huge (super king?) bed.
- There was good free wifi.
- Breakfast was good, with lots of options available.
- The hotel has numerous facilities available (sauna, gym area, small indoor pool, large outdoor pool, children's play area, table tennis area).
