The town itself has little to offer, other than a delicious welsh tea with cakes and scones, good beer.
I would have like to stay a little longer than 1 night (2 days), probably 2 to visit the National Park for longer.
Cute cottage up on a hill above town, giving you a great view of the surrounding mountains. With all the wood construction and beautiful views out the large windows, the photos don’t do this place justice. Frederico, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in the beautiful Trevelin!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night here and left wishing we had stayed more time. Cris and Ruben were the best hosts and made our time in Trevelin unforgettable.
They guided us on the best places to stop on our way up to Bariloche. We spent our evening talking about music and our different travels together. We hope to come back soon!
Beautiful domes in the middle of the mountains. Worth the drive from Trevelin. Daniel and Joaquin who welcomed us (and built the domes) were absolutely lovely. Warm inside the dome and so beautiful. Everything you need inside, hot showers stove and drinking water.
Fantastic location on a fishing river, so many people on a fishing trip use this hotel
