Regular working people, lots of smiles and kindness, little houses tucked between the car repair garages and clothing shops and other little businesses. Try the ice cream directly (diagonally) across the street when you walk to the main drag— chocolate de leche and Kimodo con whiskey is a killer combo. Look for the parrots nesting nearby, too.
