I am furious that this hotel first informed me that I could not extend my stay prior to arrival. Then, after finding another hotel that could accommodate my stay needs they came back and said they do have the availability I needed. I already found another place to sleep! After all this, this property had the nerve to still charge me for the one night. I made several requests to cancel the reservation and refund the one night stay charges. I was billed the one night although I never even checked into this hotel.

The hotel is in very bad condition. Our room had Mold in the corner of the wall, the ceiling was under repair, the bathroom had mold too and the hallways were dark because the lights turn off in seconds. They have a motion sensor. Air conditioned was not working

Exceptional breakfast, extraordinary setting/grounds, beautifully designed rooms and common/sitting areas, lovely artwork/artifacts throughout, amazing pool and views of the mountains, turn down service with a surprise treat each evening, delicious dinner selections, and warm/welcoming service from everyone.
