Don't miss this hotel. One of the best breakfasts of around, with a wide array of options. The room itself was impeccably clean and spacious. The hotel staff doesn't know the word "no" and will do all it can to resolve any issues. The location of the hotel is in walking distance from the main plaza.

I am furious that this hotel first informed me that I could not extend my stay prior to arrival. Then, after finding another hotel that could accommodate my stay needs they came back and said they do have the availability I needed. I already found another place to sleep! After all this, this property had the nerve to still charge me for the one night. I made several requests to cancel the reservation and refund the one night stay charges. I was billed the one night although I never even checked into this hotel.

For a four star hotel this was decent value. However, it is no longer a four star hotel. Maybe it was when it first opened but that was a long time ago. Indoor pool is still nice as is the outdoor terrace area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was just fine, but way below expectations based off the listing
