Property was well located, close to everything and if you needed transportation it was close by. My first trip here was great. Second trip, the A/C wasn’t working. They gave me the option of canceling w/o penalty. I thought that it would be ok but it got pretty warm at night. I liked the location so I endured the stay. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, arranges taxi when I needed it and was helpful whenever I needed directions. Would stay here again but only if the S/C is working

Staff are really friendly and receptionist available even past midnight. we came back from a night out around 2am and lost our key card, tried calling the hotel while we are at the restaurant and no one is picking up. But thankfully there is someone to help us get inside when we arrived and issued a replacement card.
They also allowed us to check in early(good thing there is already a room available). But if they are fully booked, they can definitely store your luggages.
