Nice city, rich of hystory and interesting attractions. In between old and new story, traditions, culture. Easy to move in order to visit the most interesting attractions: your feet are more than enough to reach all the main interesting points. I visited in winter time due to my business trip but, the locals suggested me to visit on Spring or Autumn.

We came to Yerevan in the first days of January 2025. There was a lot of sunshine and comfortable temperature. A lot of actitivities celebrating New Year's Eve and Christams. There are a lot of attractions in Yerevan and nearby region which one may visit during wintertime. Others I recommend to visit during summer.

I like the city, the people so much friendly, and the attractive point are good.
I had dinners in "The bastard" pub, near the hotel, and i easly take friendship with the staff.
I like the taxy service : sometime the veicules are a little bit old, but the drivers are ever professional and gentle.

I enjoy the Opera House concerts, plays, and ballet...
I enjoy the Opera House concerts, plays, and ballet performances. This place is full of deep history. From the Eribuni fortress and the Natural History Museum to modern art museums.
The Cascade Monument is a wonderful challenge to stay fit by ascending and descending the 576 stairs. If you like to run, two safe places are Monument Park and Botanical Garden.
Other places to explore are the Soviet influences in Yerevan and all of Armenia. You can find tours that specialize in this.
My two favorite places to eat are "Juli's" on Pushkin Street, Twelve Tables on Aleksandr Spendiarian Street, and less expensive are the Art Lunch (several locations), and Fourchette Buffet on Moskovyan Street.

Not many people speaks English, nice people in General, best way to go around is by Scooter, download the App YEREVANRIDE it cost 10 minutes only 1 euro, and it is enough to go wherever you want in Yerevan. taxi is also cheap, 5 euros to and from Airport by downloading the app GO Don't expect a great service at the coffee shops and restaurants, i recommend MART coffee, great people. Republic square will be your daily visit,

An ideal place for relaxing & site seeing with family, city clean and safe. Strolled around city till late night. Friendly people but only few can communicate in English even in shops. Need a translation app. Delicious and month watering Armenian food is a must try. Yandex Go app helped in taxi service which is cheap & best.

My personal review: Great Location- near republic square, restaurants and parks, clean and comfortable room, courteous staffs. My husband had his birthday celebrated in yerevan and the staffs gave him a birthday cake!!! we appreciate this personal touch ❤️ i definitely recommend this hotel and if given the chance to come back to yerevan, I’ll stay here again ❤️❤️❤️
It was an brilliant experience to stay in this hotel. The hotel is really close to all the touristic attractions. You don't even need to take taxi or public bus. You can walk and enjoy Yerevan city center.
Personels are amazing too. I thank all of them for their helps and suggestions. Rooms are clean and big enough.
So we would definitely stay here again if we visit Yerevan for the second time.
We were at a conference held at the University, so for us the location was perfect. The hotel is in walkable distance from the city center, which is also nice. Hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. There were participants at the same conference staying in other hotels and according to them Old Armenia was the best.
Friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable beds, super clean rooms, great WiFi and a practical location for exploring Yerevan (if you don't mind a 10 minute or so walk to the center, or you can take a cheap taxi). All you want from a hotel, really!
Great location. In city center. Everything walking distance (Opera, History Museum, Cascade, Charents House-Museum). Nice places like In Vino and Steakarar Yerevan. Fun activities like KET market and Armenian dance in Opera.
