Very clean and well managed hotel. I was surprised a bit. The pool and hot sauna area was very clean and the playground was also nice. Breakfast selection could be a bit better in terms of healthy food options, but was not too bad.

We made a booking for one night we extended it to 5 nights , really had a truly delightful experience. Conveniently located near to supermarkets, bakery , and 15 minutes walk to sevan lake it offered easy access to all places .
The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable.
The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture.
