The stuff is very nice! The room itself is clean, warm, everything is new. Shower has really hot water, they have warm floors, kitchen and all the cutlery + tea, coffee, water, fridge. Included breakfast is delicious. The restaurant at the property is also really nice.

The best place on Lake Sevan is the desolate, picturesque Artanish Peninsula and this is one of the very few accommodations that gives you walking access to the peninsula. The second-floor chalet room had a view to the lake. Dinner and breakfast were both very nice. I didn't end up making a shopping trip to the village of Artanish. The hosts picked me up from Sevan city and dropped me off for me to catch a marshrutka van to Tbilisi. And the prices I paid were lower than standard taxi fares.
