The locations was fantastic. The house and room was super clean. I stayed in the room that had an air conditioner and a private bathroom. As if this was not enough, the staff was exceptional. I felt at home and very well taken care of. The daily breakfast was more than wonderful. The staff knew people around town and made great recommendations for things to do and places to go to eat.

We loved the owners! So sweet and always looking out for us. The room was perfect for our needs and we loved the location in Areni next to everything. The patio is in the peach fields. We loved that too. We loved it so much we came back two days later to stay again.

I cannot rate this hotel any higher than a 5 star experience, the attention to detail is superb and nothing is too much trouble for the charming hosts Armine h and Len. Don't think twice about booking a mini break here you will be given a 5 star welcome and experience!

Beautiful place, the hostess offered a wonderful vegetarian...
Beautiful place, the hostess offered a wonderful vegetarian dinner and breakfast, as well as a tasting of her own wine and brandy. They told us about the history of the area and we went on a short hike through the beautiful places of the area.
Overall we are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to others!
