We found everything about Iris B&B exceptional, our host Irina was very helpful, and the food she cooked for us the best we have ever had at a B&B. An excellent place. The furnishings are a bit simple, this is true. But the hostess is lovely; she even made us a delicious dinner as we arrived in the evening and had to leave again very very early the next day.

Such a beautiful spot with fantastic views across the gorge. Our studio was very cosy and we slept like tops. We had a lovely home cooked meal for dinner and breakfast was so fresh with home made jams and dairy products. Irina is a fascinating and attentive host. Everything great value and nothing was too much trouble. One of our very best stays in Armenia.
