Location: Very close to the centre and some of the main sites in Shkoder, but also tucked away off the main street. Check-in: Initially confusing (see below) BUT very friendly owner/manager who checked us in very quickly and was available to contact if we needed anything. Notified us that a breakfast package was available as we were leaving early the next morning, asked about dietary requirements and notified the kitchen for us. Room: Absolutely lovely; bright and airy, clean bedding and towels, overhead light and lamps, TV on wall, tea/coffee facilities, clothes storage and mini-fridge with x2 complimentary waters. Gentle hum of jazz from the restaurant downstairs throughout the day was very relaxing. Bathroom: Clean and bright, included soaps and hair dryer.

Hotel Blini was our first stop upon arriving in Albania, and we stayed there for two nights. Our stay exceeded all our expectations. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The hotel’s food, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, was delicious and 100% traditional. The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it is situated at the entrance of Shkodër, making it easy to get there and park the car for free. We want to highlight the warm welcome we received and all the support provided by the owners. They not only helped us organize the Valbona to Theth excursion by booking transportation and allowing us to leave the car during the trip, but we were also able to communicate with the staff in English, which made our stay much easier. They were very kind and welcomed us with open arms. Without a doubt, we recommend this hotel 100% and we will definitely return!
