Great location, very nice and clean apartment, had everything that we needed inside, AC, WIFI, cable TV to watch the Euro cup.
The host was great, responded within minutes and helped us with everything that we needed.
There are lots of restaurants around the area. In the afternoon my 5 year old liked to go at the playground at the beach. There were also some other toys like bouncy castle, a train that offers train rides for $3/ride and some other stuff.
Would recommend this apartment. It is our second year that we come back to the same one.

Durres and Tirana are only half-an-hour drive from Perla...
Durres and Tirana are only half-an-hour drive from Perla Resort. We did shopping and sightseeing there.
Most of the beaches around the resort are very crowded, noisy and wasted by plastic trash. The Perla Resort as itself is very clean.
We did daily trips to Breze castle, Durres, Tirana and drove through the countryside.
Mateo Restaurant right at the beach was our most favorite restaurant.
Farther north or south, you could go hiking, but it was a too long drive to go there and also too hot. Maybe next time, we will do a trip to Southern Albania and Korfu.
