Friendly staff, the receptionist ensured I knew exactly where to catch the shuttle to Vlore, Google Maps gave incorrect details so this ensured I could relax and enjoy my visit to Fier.
There was a problem with my original room but the staff were able to quickly sort out a different room.

Slightly odd experience! This hotel is an absolute palace. It would sit well in Las Vegas. Lots of space, great comfort, beautifully decorated, if a bit kitch. The location is ideal for visiting Apolonia and other sites, even if the town of Fier itself has no great attractions. But, despite the low price, it was more or less empty. Was it built for big events or VIP visits, who knows. The few staff we found were perfectly helpful. So, for one night it is fine.

The hotel was very beautiful outside and inside, the rooms were spacious and clean. But most importantly the staff were so caring and welcoming. Especially Stella, she helped me a lot with how to get around Albania and also suggested some nice places to visit. She also always went above and beyond with her cooking I loved her pancakes! She makes the place feel just like home. I will be staying again :) They also have such cute kittens there they are so cute!! 🥰
