The comfort of the tooms

Loved the fact that we had privacy...we wanted the relaxation and something away from the city.... the silence and peace The best part was we had a dedicated person alotted to us for our whole stay.. the day of your check in I received a msg on watsapp..where the retreats staff contacted me and introduced himself.. as our MORAFIK... Mr.Ukasha was soo good and hospitable and responded promptly to all my msgs before checkin...post checkin...during our stay as well.. I had also requested for a surprise bday cake to be arranged, which they did happily and as a complimentary... Food was decent and average..but the location and the hospitality n service along with ambiance just overlooked everything.. and flaws if any..but they weren't to be honest Also the best part..the pools are temperature controlled thankfully...soo we spent most of our time in the pool..

We had an amazing stay at Al Marmoom Oasis, I brought my parents along from Australia and we all had a fantastic time. We stayed overnight in their clamping tents and everything was perfect. Taj was incredible and was very attentive to all our needs and was always there helping us out and showing us around. All the experiences and the food was amazing. There is plenty to do between afternoon camel rides, horse riding, Henna tattoo, Dinner and the shows and sunrise camel rides. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay! The host was incredibly desert room and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The space was immaculate with a stunning view in the sands, and all the amenities we needed. The location far away from city 40min was perfect, with easy access to the pool was incredible, with a DJ vibes
