i stayed in 1201 during Eid, 1no of facade glass is broken(Safety issue As i have kids with me), Blurr. Flush System not working for WC, Ants in the internal cladding of the window, No tissue boxes provided for room & lounge. Have to pay extra for additional bed. Light was fused in wardrobe.
