From the very first moment I walked in,Anisha and reception team made us feel welcome and taken care of, offering a warm and efficient check-in.
Throughout our stay, the food/wait staff, especially Alam, went above and beyond to make every meal enjoyable, with prompt attentive service and a genuine care for making sure we, especially the kids, were entertained and satisfied.
The housekeeping team, especially Kalesh, Jamil, and Rajesh, also stood out for being approachable and to their impeccable attention to detail—our room was always spotless and fresh, and they made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable.
The level of service at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and it’s clear that everyone takes pride in creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Radisson Blu Al Ain to anyone looking for a place with outstanding hospitality!

It wasn't as busy as Dubai or Abu Dhabi, AL Ain mall was a nice mall, many brands & not very big to wall with the family around, there was a pertol station nearby & a local fried chicken restaurant called Bu Deej which was wonderful & reasonable
