The lady and the guy at the reception were excellent (I don't remember their names, sorry), always willing to help by giving me recommendations and even helping me download apps to order delivery. Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant. As for the facilities, it has everything a family of 6 with 4 children needs for a perfect vacation!

really like the overall place, amazing view and relaxing Spa.
I really love that there were bowls for the dog, I travel a lot with it and it was the first time I found them in an hotel, very nice touch!
the apartment is fully equipped of everything!
The apartment is big and comfortable, we loved the rooms, the beds, the balcony and the kitchen. The facilities of the hotel are good and we enjoyed being in the jacuzzi. It is quiet place with a nice river to go for a picnic nearby.
They left a few things for breakfast. Supermarket opposite the hotel, very convenient. The transfer was always ready. The staff were just incredibly kind and helpful.
