This hotel has a well earned 4 star rating. We had a suite of room with a wet room which was ideal for my wife’s disabled needs. The views from the room were superb.

We were here at the end of October. Not ski season yet.
1. Location is very nice to access the town
2. Breakfast and dinner are tasty and with good variety
3. Pool and Gym are nice
4. Sauna and Jacuzzi are nice
5. We bout lunch 19€ adults and 9€ kids before departure ant it was tasty and fulfilling

The room was of adequate size to accommodate three. Breakfast was good. Every location in Andorra is good, the city is small (surprise :)) :). Novotel location is convenient - everything is within a 5 min walk. We enjoyed spa for free in the neighboring (next door) hotel. Novotel has an agreement for its clients with the spa. Reception staff was helpful and friendly

Lovely location, excellent friendly staff and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Secure parking for motorcycles was a bonus.
Beautiful location in the mountains, near to the horse riding stables at L’Aldosa. Very calm & peaceful location with a regular free shuttle bus down to the gondola. Warm, private, comfortable and very clean room with a fridge, kettle, wi-fi & en-suite; microwave & washing machine also available. Very helpful & friendly hotel owner. I loved it! The extra touches were all there - cups for a coffee, towels, hand wash, shampoo, towels, toilet roll etc.
My favourite hotel in Andorra, so cosy and located in the historical centre of Aldosa village. Has a beautiful spacious terrace with mountain view and sun in the morning. Free parking and wifi
