El Serrat is a small village and quiet and a bit strung out along a series of bends on the main road. We mainly stayed to the hotel.
It's close to the Arcalis ski area and within reasonable distance of Pal and Andorra le Bell.

up in the mountains, beautiful location. parking outside hotel. dinner and breakfast were good value and well prepared. room was small, but had everything needed. bed was comfortable. room was recently refurbished, to a good standard. multiple tv channels, but I only found one in English. lift was made by a company called ‘Schindler’ as a Jew I found this funny……. ‘Schindler’s Lift’
Quiet and cozy apartment with great location. There is a waterfall near the hotel and the small garden where you can rest.
You can order tasty continental breakfast in the restaurant or you can cook at the kitchen in your apartment.
Gil sent us many good roots for hiking, but we only managed to visit two of them. So we will definitely be back.
