Great location. Ski lift, ski rental 50 meters away. Large free parking right next to the hotel. The final stop of the bus going to the center. As for the hotel itself, I can note the attentive staff, warm rooms, beautiful view from the room, balcony. Good breakfast and dinner. Everything is very tasty, varied, the children had what to eat. As soon as we complained about the bad Internet in the room, everything was quickly fixed. I also want to say about the kitchen in the room. We did not use it, but for many it is important.

I was there for the World MTB championships and the organisation for getting to and from the bike park was excellent. There were plenty of buses available to the gondola to access the bike park.
I also had a days hiking where I found the route very well sign posted with paths and bridges well kept.

Family ski trip with a 8 and 6 year old.
Family ski trip with a 8 and 6 year old.
The resort is very good for beginners and intermediates.
Everyone working here in all areas seemed friendly.
We all had ski school which was all at the same time and oddly morning four hours lessons were split to 09:00-12:00 and 15:00-16:00. This meant a lot of time was wasted dropping off kids and getting to lessons/waiting for people to arrive as it was twice per day. And we couldn't really go do anything else if we wanted to attend the afternoon hour lesson. Our instructors were all very good during the lessons though.
We also paid for lockers at the top of the gondola but they didn't open till 15 minutes before lessons started 5 minutes away, resulting in a mad rush of lots of people trying to get ski boots on in a small space all at the same time.
The resort was not that busy when we were there, but the bars/restaurants on the slopes filled very quickly and it was often a wait to get a table for lunch.
Facilities were all pretty good otherwise.

Great resort for skiing at a beginner/intermediate level.
Great resort for skiing at a beginner/intermediate level. Beginners will blossom with fantastic ski schools. Intermediates can ski in Arinsal and take the gondola across to Pal on the other side of the mountain so more choice of skiing. Great bars and food in the restaurants is excellent. And super value for money compared to Other ski resorts.
Highly recommend.

a great family ski destination.
a great family ski destination. Instructors great with children. Pistes varied and very suitable for beginners... children
and adults alike. Challenging enough for seasoned skiers who have left their children with the ski school. Good red runs and a black run in Arinsal plus plenty to go at in Pal. Good choice of eating places...La Tosco and the good food factory.

Hotel was lovely and clean, great price and very comfortable.
Staff were very friendly especially Daniella who was really helpful and recommended lots of places to visit.....some lovely walks nearby.
Parking was safe in a special car park next to the hotel, 2 min walk to the bus stop......which takes you into the capital andorra la vella within 20mins for €1.80.....would definitely stay again.
Location is very good, just by the ski lift. There is a supermarket downstairs and bunch of cafes, bars and restaurants around. The apartment is good, rooms are separated and spacious enough, big bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, check in was easy. Free parking 200-300 meters away. If i ever be in Andorra again, i most probably will stay here.
Xalet Verdu is a pretty hotel in beautiful surroundings.
It has a large outside car park, which is free.
The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a room at the front of the building with an excellent view down the valley.
The price we chose included breakfast, which was better than the average continental style breakfast.
Staff were excellent, the hotel was clean, and the rooms and bed were excellent. Spa was very enjoyable for our 3 year old son, as was the kids' room .
The Buffet breakfast was good, as was the scrambled eggs.
Nice apartment, well equipped, very friendly staff, good and very reasonable breakfast, good parking facilities, dog friendly hotel, ideal for skiing, cycling and/or hiking trips
