The hosts, Heather and Charles, were so accommodating, kind, and so warm and welcoming. The chalet was very clean and easy to use. The surrounding plants and trees gave it a very cool bohemian vibe. The decor in the garden is just perfect for this little gem.. So very relaxing. The pool was brilliant for the kids to play in. And the view. You don't get much better than this slice of paradise. Absolutely gorgeous little gem. Very safe and secure, private, it was just perfect. We can't wait to go back. Ps, the photos we provided are obviously not of the bathroom, lobby, etc. They were precious memories I wanted to share .

IRONWOOD LODGE is situated in Pennington, 28 km from Vernon Crookes Nature Reserve and features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, as well as access to a terrace. Karen was an outstanding host, readily available, sweet and friendly. The place is serene, well kept and very close to the beach. Breakfast was great.
