It's a few shared bungalows in a remote area of Chichi-Jima island, and you're in the middle of nature. For me what really made the stay fantastic was the staff and other guests.
Important is to understand the location, are there are no stores, or shops at all nearby, other than a coffee place. So, you have to plan your meals and drinks ahead of time, if you have a car then you can be anywhere on the island in 15 minutes. Personally I used a bicycle to get around but there are strong slopes and it can be rough but also fun going downhill.
It's near Kominato beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, great for swimming and snorkeling.
There is WiFi and mobile service works okay too.

Very convenient if traveling via Haneda Airport. Overall, the hotel and room are very nice, spacious, modern, and comfortable. We chose this hotel for our last night before traveling back home, as it is only 15 minutes away from Terminal 3. The hotel offers an efficient shuttle to the airport, which is included with the booking.
Right in the city centre. Beautiful view from room and lift lobby. Helpful staff and shuttle bus too and from airport for a cheap fee. Provided cot for our baby and there was a bath very useful
The room is bigger than usual. Pillows are comfortable too. Shuttle bus service is handy for someone like us who needs to check in super early in the morning.
Excellent breakfast and just next to the Terminal 3 airport. Very convenient, there are lots of restaurants and gift shops! There are free shuttle buses so very easy to access.
The location of the hotel was good. Close to restaurants and combini. Arrived at train station from Tokyo and found it fairly easily about 5 minutes from station. Room was quiet and clean. Hotel had drinks and ice machine. Shuttle bus was quick to the airport for our uk return flight but was on a first come first served basis so queue early.
Great location - we chose this hotel as we had an early flight. Close to the station for train and monorail plus there is a shuttle to the airport. Big comfy bed, smart tv and good breakfast
The room was very nice and unique. I liked the wooden sliding door inside. And it's just a fewminutes walk from the train station. The shuttle bus to the airport was a great help after our JR passes expired.

It's close to the airport with free airport shuttle provided. Next to a supermarket and less than 5mins walk to Otorri train station. There's a disinfectant dryer cabinet in the room which is very useful. There's also a laundry room at level 1. The room that accommodates 3 to 4 pax have a semi seperate shower and toilet area. If u like a little more walking space, get the 4 pax room but use it for 3 pax for slightly more comfort to accommodate luggage and walking area.
