Great new chalet in a little village Monte / Massino Visconti with local bakery and supermarkt. Surrounded by locals, lovely view at Lake Maggiore and garden. 15 minutes from Lesa at Lake Maggiore. Nice helpful owner. We were the first guests. A lot of space inside. Dinner: pasta pizza Meta and fisg local at FociSpina in Nebbiono.

The view is exceptional, the host is very nice. The shops for eating or restaurant are very close as well the ferry port to cross the lake. The télécabine is near as well so practical. The flat is very clean too.
If I had known the island and everything on it except for this Resturant with rooms shuts down in rain or after the first week of October I may have chosen the isolation of only being able to eat in the restaurant which has lovely staff as are the breakfast staff but is limited , new cuisine portions and average food at a very high price
The hotel is in an old building right in the middle of Stresa. Even though it overlooks the street, we couldn’t hear any noise through the night and the shutters kept the sunlight out in the morning. It’s a very short walk from Stresa pier for the ferry. The reception is actually in the restaurant but the staff were very friendly and able to balance our requests.
Beautiful practícal and comfortable cabins right by the water, wonderful views of the lake and mountains, very friendly staff. Probably the friendliest and best customer service we encountered during our whole stay in Italy!!
Nice place to stay. We had a great view on the lake from our balcony. Shutters on the windows. Good breakfast and friendly waiters.
I loved everything about this hotel, it’s brand new and I can’t believe it’s not full. The wifi is excellent, bed comfy, excellent water pressure, shutters on the windows keeps the room dark, good hairdryer. Breakfast was typical Italian.
