We stayed in Lilly's Pad. It was absolutely lovely. Clean, cute, enough room for two. A great shower! A fully equipped kitchen. Anne, our host was amazing. There were pancakes, eggs, cereal, fresh milk and orange juice waiting for us. The accomodation comes with a hottub, that was hot and ready. And with a view!

Fabulous chalet, very warm and comfortable everything clean and tidy. The owners are great and discreet and are there if you require anything. The chalet is very well equipped with appliances and utensils. There are also two decking areas with seats and tables outside which are set in wonderful and very well maintained grounds within a large grassed area which was great for our dog. In our opinion this is a great place to stay and we hope to return soon. If you have read any not so good reviews about this property; from personal experience of staying here I would ignore them we found everything about the stay here to be a very high standard. Portnellan offers award-winning self catering accommodation situated in the northern region of the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, a 90-minute drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow. Beautiful cottage equipped with a lots of details very useful for us. The view from the terrace is magnificent. Wonderfully spent 5 days.

Situated just 10 minutes’ drive from Stirling, Wellsfield Farm Holiday Lodges offers self-catering accommodation with free onsite parking. I was welcomed with a birthday card, box of chocolates and a bottle of Australian wine (we are Australian). The first 5 days I had a chest infection, the owners were kind enough to grab some medical supplies for me. There is so much to do there for couples and families. The cabins are close by to see tourist attractions, close to the train station to go to Edinburgh and Glasgow.
