The house was very clean and well equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, outdoor shower and very comfortable beds. Quiet area, close to the Cala Blanca beach and shops, about 20-30mn drive to the amazing beaches on the South Cost from San Saura to San Bou. Barbara our host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay during 10 days !

Breakfast buffet was amazing, we ate a couple of times in the buffet restaurant as well and they do themed evenings too. The nightly entertainment was an unexpected bonus. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean. Free shuttle to/from the beach but a very pleasant walk down too (15mins)
pool area was lovely. handy supermarket minutes walk away. Great shuttle service daily to nearby Cal Mesquida which was a highlight of our stay and much appreciated! All the staff without exception were fantastic.
Clean (except some ants in kitchen drawers/on kitchen worktops), very spacious, nice pool (including sun loungers and parasols), excellent views from balcony (including sunset), number of bathrooms, storage space, shutters, amount of amenities, quiet area, proximity to Ciutadella.

Location close to Son Bou beach. There is a shuttle service but never used, having a car. Good breakfast, a wide choice of sweet and salt, with some food freshly prepared (smoothies, pancakes, etc). Good cleanliness inside and outside. Good pool bar and cocktails. Nice pool, but never used, given the beauty of Menorca's beaches.
Hotel is newly refurbished, staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good- not far from the beach. There is a shuttle to take you there for free. Good for those requiring access e.g pushchairs and wheelchairs as there were ramps around the hotel.
I had arranged shuttle Spain for our airport transfers. The driver dropped us off at a bus stop which was actually outside the villas but we had no idea where the reception was to get the keys. Turned out to be half a mile away and we would never have found it without the help of someone else who had the same problem when they arrived the day before. Luckily they helped direct us but it was a very long walk in intense heat with children and suitcases. There needs to be a much better system in place.
