Gorgeous property in a stunning location. And surprising good value for Switzerland. We stayed for 3 nights with my son and partner. The accomodation handled it easily. Definitely the best part was the fabulous views, walking, and being serenaded by the sound of cow bells. Truly a beautiful experience.

We got an update and stayed the hotel next door which was very nice as well. The Staff is very friendly. You get a lot for the money like Sauna ,great view, big selection at the breakfast buffet plus even a Lil gift at the end. The restaurant is expensive but has good traditional swiss food. We only stayed one night but would definitely come again.

This chalet was originally built to a high standard. And yes the views from the balcony are lovely. However, the pictures don't reflect the current state of the property.
Very tasteful modern chalet decor, and great outdoor terrace to take in the mountain scenery! Staff were very friendly and welcoming, good cordon bleu on the menu. Cosy rooms and comfy beds, and overall well located. Breakfast could be improved, but one can still full up ahead of a hike!
Breakfast was good , with a large variety of food to choose from Our room was a great size Location is good - 350-400m to train station , bus stops just up or down the road The room has window shutters & curtains that make the room very dark Some staff members were excellent , while others left a bit to be desired

Schloss was beautiful and the gentlemen who checked us in was excellent and very friendly. We also had fondue at the Swiss Chalet which was a wonderful experience.
The all-round comfort of the Swiss Chalet was exceptional - the staff were brilliant and very accommodating, facilities were clean, and food fresh and delicious.
The location is absolutely fantastic! We were sitting outside by the lake until midnight! We stayed at the chalet, such a nice, romantic room. Just be aware that it is a wooden chalet, so you hear every step. The bathroom was in a lower floor, so, a longer walk at night. The kids stayed in a very big and modern 8-bed room and had a blast! We had a very nice dinner and breakfast at the hotel. We are already planning to make this a yearly get-together spot!!
Beautiful Swiss chalet close to the train station with views of Lake Luzern. Good value for money in Switzerland and the staff were lovely.
