Everything- we loved it all. Unfortunately, we had a difficult journey to Tofino because of the road closure but felt very comforted to have support from Cathy and a very warm welcome when we did arrive. Accommodation was stunning and the facilities were great. Our balcony was so relaxing and we were able to enjoy the sunsets as well as watch the world go by. We were not disturbed at all during our stay but were very aware of the support around if needed. We had an amazing trip bear hunting and saw lots of additional interests in the area. We enjoyed take away fish and chips on the balcony and a beautiful meal at schooner restaurant. The gift shop at Himwitsa was beautiful and the smoked salmon next door too. We loved the local art gallery with beautiful art in relation to the First Nations heritage and the visit to Meares Island was very tranquil.

We had a very sweet deal on Booking.com for a 2 beds cottage. The cabin was very clean and had everything in the kitchen to cook and be comfortable. The beds were comfy as well! The cabin felt dry and cozy and the wood beams are stunning. Bathrooms are cute and clean and the soap and shampoo etc smelt amazing. The access to the beach is short and perfect, we launched our kayaks and had a blast.

Clean and tidy cabins and the very friendly woman at the front desk.
Beautifully situated, nice walking area, pub close by. With the propane fireplace on the deck, it made it lovely to sit out on these cool evenings. Beautiful. The cabin itself was just perfect
It was nice to be close to the water and have an ocean view. The Cabin and the hot tub the second night was amazing. The fireplace was cozy. Was nice to have a private hot tub.
Hot tub was amazing and very spacious, electric fireplace, beautiful and cozy cabin, ocean view and very friendly welcome at the reception
The location was amazing ... A little disappointed we came with a propane fire pit .. well under control and not a problem We had a staff member come out and say... we can not have a fire . Or have a.BBQ. We have taken our propane fireplace to many other Hotels, motels, AirBnb, resorts, with no issues or problems it was a bit defeating that this motel shut us down. The room was nice and clean and the kitchenette was helpful. It was just disappointing when we had come up to the Hotel with both sets of parents for a chill evening.
Good morning There’s no weather stripping on outside door. The draft on a February night was excessive. I wedged the door shut with a wooden stir stick from your coffee machine After having the heat fully on for couple of hours, the room temperature was still far too low. Breakfast was closed due to staff shortage. Hot tub was closed. Disappointing for $100 midweek in February. Staff were fabulous, both of them. Jay
Exactly what we expected and was really clean, bed sheets, blankets & pillows were all in great condition. A very cozy cabin and ideal location. All info we needed for the area and our stay was provided very clearly. Right opposite the Coastal Cafe and the Renfrew Pub is a 2 min walk around the corner. Parked our car right next to our hut.
We loved everything about our stay. The cabin was clean, comfortable and very well equipped (extra blankets for the patio, a full complement of quality kitchen utensils, pots and pans, glasses, bowls, plates. etc.) and the gas fireplace kept us warm and toasty despite the chilly, wet weather. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. And what a view! Sea lions and seals daily in the bay. Eagles in the tree right in front of the cabin. Magnificent!
It is a beautifully appointed cabin: knotty pine decor; cedar post in middle; covered porch; barbecue; plates and cutlery; electric fireplace; bathtub/shower; full-size oven and stove etc.; also immediately adjacent to Wild Pacific Trail; in short: everything was excellent!
