The owner,Helmut,invest his energy and time in his guests. He will help to plan your day and to solve any problem you have . By request he will prepare a very special breakfast,based on local ingredients. It is a very special experience to stay at the residence

The appartments are new and very nicely done, with everything you need. The area is silent, but very close to the both beautiful Grundlsee and Altaussee. You will have a view towards the Loser mountain. The owners are very nice! The welcome bottle of Wine and Olive oil from Croatia are just signs they want you to enjoy your stay ad much a possible.

Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious and had an incredible view of the mountains. The apartment was well fitted and had a great balcony overlooking the mountains. Just beautiful!

The apartment has a modern feeling ,very clean, and warm! Has good cupboard space, and kitchen is well equipted. very close to the ski lifts. We drove, BCS there is free parking right by the lift, but you can walk.

He was very tentative and helpful in every possible way from the very first contact and during our stay. Fully recommended!
