Staying at the lake house cabin in Witbank was absolutely delightful! The cabin's peaceful setting was a perfect escape with breathtaking views of the lake. Mary-Anne was incredibly warm and welcoming, lending us fishing gear to enjoy some relaxing moments by the water. We even had the thrilling experience of jet skiing on the lake! During our drives, we were thrilled to spot ostriches, giraffes, and other fascinating animals.
I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this tranquil haven!
I do not often rate a property 10, but this one deserves it. From the friendly welcome, the stunning location, with a beautifully designed "cabin" right on the water with its own private jetty - what is not to love?
There was a fault in the area with the electricity supply, but the solar kept us going with no issues. There was plenty of hot water for the shower in a beautiful bathroom (with an automatic night light - nice touch).
There was even a kayak to play around with (with life jackets if needed).
The Lake-house Cabin is a really great location. We stayed here on our way back from Kruger to Johannesburg. There is a great view over the lake, it is calm and equipped with everything you need.
Mary Anne is a great and lovely host, she cared for everything we needed and way more! For sure we will stay here again coming back in this region!
I like the cabin in general. What we saw on the picture is what we got. Also the view, WOW! It was amazing

Most beautiful cabin on the water. So quiet and relaxed. Warm and cozy. Everything you need with that special extra touch of love and care. Mary-Ann is the best host. We didn't want to leave. This is definitely the place to stay on your way to the Kruger.
The cabin was exactly as it was in the pictures.. Beautiful and tranquil place.. Will definitely be coming back.. The owner was very welcoming and gave excellent service.
We had a lovely night at Lake-House Cabin - my son enjoyed the fishing and got to have a ride on the jetski with Dmitri.
