Great welcoming. The property manager stayed up late - just to give us a good welcoming and the handed us over to the property caretaker, who did a great job at welcoming us gave us gave important instructions, alerts and warnings about everything, she gave us her cellphone number (we have everyone's personal contact numbers)
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
The quiet and nature yet close enough to town should you need aomething. Wonderful to have only stars for lights. Chalet caters for all your needs. Staff were extremely friendly and willing to assist.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful starting from the owner to housekeeping. The food was good. The chalets were very clean and had everything we needed in a self catering accommodation for both adults and kids. Suggestions from the kids, please get another "warm pool" closer to the chalets 🤗
the breakfast was amazing, the warm water pool was awesome, my son absolutely loved it, our Chalet was amazing, it had ample space, a private patio and braai which we used religiously, there was warm water and comfortable beds, i will be back again.
The host, Chantelle really went out of her way to accomodate me during my arrangements with her. I proposed to my now fiancée and she helped met with all of the arrangements. The chalet was hot during the cold nights, cool during the day. The food and drinks were good, lots of amenities like pools, putt putt, volley ball, restaurant, quietness.
Ansa the owner was amazing. She sent me a message of everything, I needed to know. She was attentive and nothing was too much to ask. The staff were all friendly, the chalet and pools and common areas were all sparkling clean. Lovely jungle gym for my little one. Breakfast was delicious and excellent value for money.
Friendly and helpful staff. Lady at the reception and the gentleman at the bar was awesome. Size of the chalet was unexpectedly big. Food and service at the restaurant was great.
