The Lodge is beautiful and while there, you completely forget that you're in the city, which we loved. David, our host, was very friendly and accommodating. The cottage was cosy, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We especially loved the fireplace and love spending the evenings infront of it watching movies - great, since the weather was freezing!

Kitchen very good. Room clean and com comfortable.
They had variety of food for breakfast. The hotel is located in the centre so you get to Mandela Square within 5 minutes. There’s shuttle service to the Mall and the staff was very friendly.
Hotel was up to standard and clean. the room also nice and met my expectations with a desk and a comfortable chair if I chose to work. Shuttle to Mandela square, though I didn't use it, was a good idea
Very much impressed by the shuttle service. The guy on duty during my stay was very patient and always courteous. Keep it up . Excellent shuttle service
The hotel is ideal for a short or long stay. I personally used it to rest during my layover. The staff were accommodating and allowed me to check in late and to have breakfast when I arrived instead of the following morning. The free shuttle, though it doesn't run every 30 minutes as they claim, is convenient as well.
