We stayed the night between two flights. It's near the airport. Shuttle bus service was good. We left before breakfast so they had made to go bags for us.

This place is fake! I didn’t received any messages from the hotel and phone, they all disappeared and take my money didn’t refund! I even didn’t have place can live! I stay in airport more than 12 hrs, they said they will provide the shuttle all disappear, didn’t answer the phone didn’t respond the message!
The shuttle service was an absolute lifesaver. We had to fly to Houston from overseas to see our son who was flown to MD Anderson so we had no vehicle available, and we also don't have any knowledge of the area so driving around would have been very difficult.
Hotel was fine, not amazing and not bad, just fine for an airport overnight stay which is all we needed
Really lovely staff and rooms were good
Unfortunately had real issue getting the shuttle van pick up, pretty frustrating after a 14 hour flight with kids. Waited 1.5 hours and finally we gave up and paid $50 USD for a taxi that could fit 4 of us with our suitcases. A bit annoying as we did choose to stay here as it had a shuttle service and we knew it would fit our bags
