For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
This was a lovely hotel. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was huge, comfortable and immaculately clean. Good places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. The free shuttle bus into town was a bonus.
The location was great. That was it. Very old (motel) place. Very dirty. Restaurant shut down for final night ever. Security was Armed and very present (which was a refined). Very under staffed location. Building was being re-wired for Wi-fi while we were there. Photo in ad gave the impression that this was a multi-storied building (my poor assumption). A two story motel unlike any other in the area.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived a few hours early and were able to check in straight away. Free shuttle to downtown just outside the hotel. Food options just across the road. Innside cafe was a good option for breakfast. Didn’t get round to finding the pool.
The WiFi didn’t work at all. You could hear everything through the walls. The breakfast was horrible. The room was not cleaned good. The bathroom door barely has room to shut past the toilet maybe 1/2 inch was the distance between them
Good value considering neighbouring hotels prices. Free shuttle bus out front takes you anywhere in town.
Had a great little bar downstairs with live music and cheap beer.
Free parking which is rare for any US city hotel. No complaints.
Fantastic views of Chattanooga, beautiful little cabins, and staff were amazing and super helpful. All around 10/10. So close to Ruby fall's with amazing views from room and falls
