For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
Loved the hotel scent that really calmed the mind after a day of traveling. Great location and next to the airport shuttle. I had heavy luggage with me but went to Sapporo station to take the train to the airport. In the end I realised I only saved 20 mins from lugging the train there
I had accidentally left my backpack on the airport shuttle and the hotel staff was very prompt in helping us locate the bag and contacting the bus company to arrange a pick-up of the bag within the hour that I lost it. The facilities and convenience of the location was also a great boon for us.
Breakfast was okay. Has abit of everything. Space is for the cabin is quite spacious. There is aire purifier in the shared room. They provided earplugs which is a plus.
Location: in the middle of susukino, eatery, shopping and airport shuttle within walking distance. 5-8mins walk to Nijo market for fresh seafood.
This is my repeat stay in this hotel, love the morning pastry treat and coffee at the lobby. Staff is friendly, will definitely stay in this hotel for my next visit.
Amazing staff, extremely helpful. Our room was nice and spacious. The hotel is nice and clean, and the elevators are quite fast and efficient. The free shuttle bus to Sapporo JR Station helped on our day trips to other locations as the hotel itself is a little far to walk from most tourist spots. Getting to and from the hotel from New Chitose Airport was also quite convenient as the airport limousine bus has a stop right beside the hotel.
Room is spacious, comfortable bed and clean. Take lift to reception situated at the second floor. TV has CNN channel. There’s a souvenir shop and sundry shop in the building. Airport shuttle bus to new chitose airport cost 1300 yen and pickup just by the road side of hotel. About 1.5 hours to reach airport as bus would make a few more stops to pickup passengers.
