This is great for a couple/teo people as the space is compact, bug it has everything it needs, a nice vibe, good location, and great hosts. Totally recommend it! The tiny garden was a big plus🥰
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
The basic rooms are indeed basic, e.g., we didn't have water or drink facilities in our three rooms. But knowing that they're basic rooms, they get everything right: quiet, comfy, big enough, clean, (electric) shutters on windows; plus friendly, helpful staff. A similar deal with breakfast: they get the essentials right. I'd gladly stay here again.
Rooms were perfect. We had a room with a little balcony overlooking the sea and the main street. Perfect for watching the sunset. Double glazing, so no noise can be heard from the street and awesome shutters which block out all the light. The bed was memory foam mattress which I absolutely loved and slept like a baby!
Breakfast was fantastic with fresh cakes, croissants, bacon, eggs, cheeses and the most delicious ham! The staff slat the restaurant were incredibly friendly!
Beautiful old style building from the mosaic flooring the impressive staircase to the decorative High ceilings .we were in the first floor family room when we opened the shutters to all three huge windows the light in the room blew us all away. Immaculately clean crisp comfortable bedding .The two ladies I presume were sister's were very professional friendly hosts. We tried to book another night there as so impressed but as expected fully booked
We stayed in a bungalow. AC is a must in this humidity but it's 10EUR extra per day. 1km from the beach but they have a shuttle. Bring your swimming cap if you want to use the pool, it's the law. Didn't bring, don't have, didn't use the pool. Really good restaurant on site, prices are affordable. The bungalow was nice, AC, full bathroom, kitchen well prepared.
Loved the location and that you could hire bikes. The chalet was very clean and comfortable it would of helped if there had been tea towels and washing up liquid ect as we came over for a wedding in sienna we had to buy everything. But lovely to sit out in the evening
