The location was great, just a 10 minute walk from the ski rentals and slopes.
The receptionist, Elena, was very positive, helpful, and informative, she really brightened the whole place up and it was lovely to see her at the end of the day of skiing.
The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The balcony offers great views.

Nice place, big rooms, with a dryer for the ski equipment it would be fantastic. A bit far from the ski resort, tricky serpentine road, but it was fine even without chains (NY holidays). We couldn't drive up the hill to the Chalet, unfortunately; however, the parking was not too far.
It was warm in the rooms, the water was always hot. Somewhat missed a kettle, though. There was an available sauna, that's cool.
The girl at the reception was super nice! She's doing great!
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
The location is great for skiing as the closest lift is within 5 min walk. ski hire nearby and a bar as well. The facility to park indoors is also a great thing! Reaching the town center walking takes a bit of an effort but it's a very short drive. There is a shuttle that would take you up, the walk back downhill is more enjoyable.
The family room was a good size for 4 people. The bar and social area was also good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus to the Sportina lift was great, as was having the ski hire in the hitel itself.
Lovely charming chalet in excellent 'ski in' location with short walk down the hill to the closest lifts. Great communication from the hosts, easy check in and out. Well stocked kitchen with numerous appliances.
I love the charm of the property and the staff. I wanted a white Christmas in a log cabin. There wasn’t any snow but I will stay at the Chalet Faure again!
You miss-sold the room, the pictures on the advert were not the room we were given. We stayed in a basement for £600, not the wooden clad cabin in the pictures.
