The host , Klaudia, was very gracious and accommodating. The supplied parking is definitely a great plus when you arrive by car. There were basics like salt, pepper, sugar, oil in the cupboard, which is nice. The bakery downstairs makes it easy to have fresh bread for breakfast. The location is really very convenient for everything.
For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Library and other quiet rooms that can be used by guests. Very quiet.
Wooden floor in the room. Car park on the gound (20 minutes walk to the town center or bus, taking a similar amount of time). Tourist card for free use of public transport and museum entries (including Ötzi/Iceman museum in Bolzano) included.
What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful chalet style accommodation, huge rooms with 2 bathrooms and amazing views. The people are lovely and kind and the breakfast is just incredible, with amazing home baked treats. A short walk into Merano and beautiful nature trails starting just behind the accommodation. You will be well rested, well fed and a bit happier if you stay here!
Cozy isolated location with picturesque views of rhe mountains, with an apple orchard, deer feeder and chicken coup a few meters away. The town of Merano and the ski resort Merano 2000 are just 15 and 5 minutes drive away respectively.
Nice wooden interior with two balconies and a cozy kitchen. Games box in a hallway mini "library" was a nice touch.
