Bed and pillows were comfortable, room and bathroom were very modern. Lighting in bathroom was class. Loved that there was an electric blackout shutter. Aircon worked great while in room. Mary was a pleasure and very helpful. If anything was needed she was available on WhatsApp. Location was directly across the road from the beach.
Lovely breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the buzzing centre. Enjoyed using the hotel shuttle bus to beautiful Maria Pia beach. Nice balcony area with the room which we enjoyed sitting out on. Air conditioning worked well to keep us cool in very hot weather and the bed was very comfortable.
Laura (our host) was very friendly and accommodating. Kept in touch and ensured everything was OK.
Perfect location - few minutes to the beach/lido and restaurants/bars.
New electrical appliances (fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, washing machine).
Had small issue with a window shutter. This was on a Sunday evening, but Laura had it fixed within an hour - really great service/support.
Breakfast was good. Especially the coffees made by the barista. Shuttle bus to town although only 6 seats so you usually had to wait for it to go to town and return.
Gorgeous hotel , staff were so nice , room and view was really nice , beds were comfortable , free shuttle bus from the hotel to the centre , breakfast was really nice , the room was cleaned every day .
Freshly renovated rooms that were very clean. Nice sea view from the balcony on the small private beach in front of the hotel.
Great free shuttle service to the city center to enjoy the old town without the stress of find parking.

Clean quiet child friendly excellent breakfast. Staff were lovely. Right beside beach. 10 min walk along promenade to old town or a free shuttle there and back. The room was at the poolside with access to the pool. 10/10 would recommend.
