Jo is a fantastic host, super helpful and quick responses to any questions.
The Lodge is a lovely place to stay, very well equipped, top spec furnishings and a lovely bed linen and pillows. I often stay at a nearby hotel, but the Lodge is streaks ahead, thank you Jo.

Very clear instructions. Nicely kept property. Small details really made the difference, like milk in the fridge and heating it just before we arrived.
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
There was no one there to let us in at 10pm as arranged then we were told last check in was 10pm when shop shut and we had to sleep on Streets and won't give money back. Really rude and unprofessional I won't let this go it's not right treating paying guests so badly
Rotten no.sleep hot tap wasn't working no hot water entrance door to room hanging off and couldn't shut no TV working when downstairs to tell staff and was told.sorru not our problem managers nit in and contact booking for issue or refund could someone contact me ASAP nit happy
Nothing about your hotel bedding smelt dusty lamp by bed no sockets false advertisement on website nosey main bed shook with the traffic bathroom door doesn't shut properly chair was broke burn holes in the carpet cracks in the walls curtains don't close properly bath was dirty not very happy with the 2 day stop bathroom floor tiles cracked toilet sit was very unstable rubbish hotel never to return again shit
Nice size room if a little shabby. The door was not a good fit, so had to be banged shut, as did many others, this also meant the door was not good at soundproofing, so other banging doors could be heard.
Breakfast ok if a it samey after 4 days following on from 4 days last week
Curry really good
The facilities are sub par. Holes in the wall. Rusty fixtures in the bathroom. Tiny bath. Window didn’t shut properly. Blind didn’t fit the window. Mattress very lumpy. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
