All cabins in Tain
Looking for a cabin?
For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.

How you can get so much quality in such a small space is beyond me! Very comfortable and cozy.. a quiet spot with lots of facilities close by! Excellent! The internals in the cabin are very well done.

The cabin was not the one we booked as we were upgraded due to double booking however it was similar and a little larger than original. The facilities are basic and clean but too unnecessarily compact in the shower/toilet space.

Great little pine chalet in quiet countryside 10 mins drive from Tain and 15 mins walk from Portmahomock. Cosy bedroom, lounge with tv, bathroom with roomy electric shower and kitchen diner with microwave, fridge, induction hobs, kettle and coffee machine. Everything you need for a self catering break. Ideally placed for Tain or walking the coastal path to Tarbet Ness. Super peaceful at night. Reminded us of a traditional Norwegian hytter.

it is a new site so the cabins are well maintained and clean, with good amenities and bathrooms/showers that work close to Tesco and a good pub fairly secure parking for motorcycles too good as a stopover for the NC500

Self catering in the cabin, so breakfast not applicable. Location is usefully placed for beach/coast and town/shops/supplies, good range of facilities within easy reach. Outside space very good, although use of it was limited by the weather during our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable (missing them already!). Owners were receptive to, and sought, feedback regarding our experience.

Perfect place to stay, the cabin is lovely and you have the facilities you need such as kettle, hob, microwave and fridge. The bed was very comfy, the quilt was perfect very fluffy and warm. Very well kept and cleaned cabin. The hosts are also lovely as well, we arrived a little later than planned but they still have me plenty of information and checked we had everything we needed.

Lovely cabin, perfect for 2 or 3 people. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The cabin was spotless and very cosy with lots of nice touches.
