Ideal for relaxing getaways and quiet, scenic walks. Would recommend a walk to Greygarth monument for the spectacular views.

Cosy clean mobile home on a well kept site.
The home was warm, well equipped and conveniently placed on the site. The heating was easy to control and we were spoiled for choice for cooking with an oven, microwave and air fryer to choose from.
The site is in a good location for exploring the area. To get into Knaresborough there is a lovely riverside woodland path of about a mile but I think it could be slippy after wet weather. The 1a bus tops just outside the site which goes to both Knaresborough and Harrogate should you wish to leave the car behind. There are also 2 trains an hour to York from Knaresborough.
There is a retail park directly opposite with an M&S food store.

Area is lovely, great for walks. The owner came by and introduced herself and recommended some local restaurants. Lovely woman.
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
Location is brilliant. Cheap bar for food and drinks! Room very big. Separate dressing area, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful old fireplaces. Wonderful children's art work on the walls.
The hospitality of the staff was tremendous, walking distance to the centre of Ripon and also the bus station where they have a free shuttle bus to Ripon races. The Room and bathroom were spacious and quiet. The breakfast was very nice, with a choice of cereal and orange juice before your full English breakfast. I really enjoyed the sausages.
The rooms was quite cosy. The fireplaces were nice, maybe if they could be utilised with electric candles or something. The tea and coffee facilities were better than some other hotels.
