It was clean and tidy, the hosts had communicated ahead of our stay about where to find the keys. They also left some basics to keep us going, which was an unexpected bonus.

3rd visit and two more booked for next year! This place is perfect for some relaxation and some great walks with the dogs! Hot tub is 10/10 and cabin is nice and cosy, dogs love it too🐕 Christmas tree was a nice touch too😁

Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
Family run and staff wrll organised. Carol was very attentive that my needs were met around special dietary requirements. David and Paul were helpful with heavy luggage while travelling solo. A smaller comfy hotel/pub and felt homey. My room faced the road and noise (to which I am sensitive) was very minimal in my room with the window shut. It was an enjoyable stay. Environmentally friendly.
The food was great. Paul is a great cook. I didn't have a dog with me but others were able to have their small dogs with them.
Quiet room on the end of the row of 10 chalet style rooms was perfect. Don't worry about being near the trainline, yo won't hear a thing - it's the A1 end you don't want to be near.
Whilst a few miles out out town, access to A1 both North and South is easy and because of chalet style rooms, parking available just outside your room.. The bonus is eating in the restaurant on site, this Indian is a cut above the rest.

nothing it was dirty and bare wires showing on broken lights also no socket by bed no bedside cabinet and staff inc manager at restraint were ignorant and rude
Tanya was very welcoming. The location was great. The room very well prepared and attractively decorated. Lovely view out of the window overlooking very well prepared courtyard garden. The window had shutters which I really like.
