A recently renovated chalet, Rose Hideaway - Forest of Dean Cosy Cabin Retreat offers accommodations in Yorkley. This chalet offers free private parking, a 24-hour front desk, and free Wifi.

I loved everything about the cabin! Kitchen is well equipped, bed is really comfy and the firestick is an added bonus. Absolutely brilliant for hikers with dogs. There is an enclosed garden at the front and we were able to use the field to let the dogs roam which is literally right next to the cabin. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Lovely stay overall, especially loved the enclosed garden, and the host's ability to accommodate our dog last minute despite restrictions on pets. Steve also left us milk in the fridge for tea / coffee - much appreciated!! Claire and Steve were awesome at communicating throughout. Surrounding countryside was gorgeous.

Location was great for exploring the Forest of Dean Area. Very quiet and peaceful. The lodge had a smart tv with Netflix and WiFi was excellent throughout. The lodge was warm and comfortable.

All cabins in Lydney
Looking for a cabin?
For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.

Location was beautiful, lots of great walks and scenery. Staff were friendly and helpful. Onsite facilities were good, particularly the restaurant and pool (we had our 9 month old with us who very much enjoyed that!). Cabin was cosy and had the basics, and they provide a mini washing up kit. Room was clean and we had chairs and a picnic bench outside which was nice to sit and relax in.

The location was great, right next to a forest with wild boars (we didnt see them but heard them on an evening walk but didnt fancy approaching them as it was quite dark). The food was fantastic and reasonably priced at the restaurant. The staff where friendly and helpful. The whole place was clean and tidy. We was given a leisure pass to access the gym and swimming pool at no extra charge and there was also a shop on site. The shepherds hut we stayed in was warm, comfortable and clean with our own parking space.

Location of this park is perfect, right in the heart of the Forest of Dean. Our little chalet was so nice and cosy, especially as it rained most of the time, but it was lovely staying warm and dry. The park itself was well looked after as well, we used the pool & sauna/steam room, and the adventure golf, all of which were lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the location and overall facilities! You have everything you need here from restaurant that serves a lot of options to bar, pool table, fussball, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, plenty of walks nearby! I loved the cabin I stayed at, was very cute and well presented, has everything you need microwave, kettle, tea/coffee, cutlery, dryer rack, table, couch, etc. and the staff were also lovely!
