Apart from room and breakfast I didn't like much.disabled access wasn't very good esp with wheelchair ...entries to narrow hallways to narrow lift to small...shower door wouldn't shut..toilet was cracked curtains were all holes..everywhere needed painted..inside and out quite run down.
Sea side atmosphere. Well maintained beach hut idea. Comfortable and well managed.David and Cheryl and all the staff were both welcoming and very efficient. Breakfast was delicious.

Location was perfect just off the front and close to the pier. Room and overall decor was quirky and modern with a beach hut theme. The breakfast had a good choice and was cooked to order.
The apartments were perfect for our needs, plenty of space in Country Cottage for a couple with a dog and The Beach Hut was on one level for our older parents. The apartments were beautiful decorated and the themes are very well thought out. Milk in the fridge was handy for a cuppa on arrival and the property is in a great location for exploring the area on foot.
We stayed in the beach hut apartment and it was light and airy with lots of seaside themed decoration which suited it perfectly. It was very clean and well equipped. It is only a short walk to the centre of Llandudno so is ideally placed for all the attractions.
We stayed in the Beach Hut apartment and it was exceptional. It has everything you need, well kitted out and fantastic location. Lovely garden area to sit and relax in. Parking on the drive or in the street. Clean, very beautifully decorated throughout. Would definitely recommend if you need a relaxing break.
