Hot tub was amazing, we used it to the fullest. Kitchen was well stocked, and the projector system was alright. Comfy bed as well
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
Fabulous location and view of hills, very quiet and peaceful. Chalet is great -- kitchen is wee, but wonderfully well equiped (but no condiments -- not even salt and pepper.) Comfy bed and plenty of storage space. Wee bathroom with hot shower and heated towel rail.
The view was wonderful, on the site we saw that each cabin and camping pitch were given their own personal space with a picnic bench so it never felt overcrowded. The peace and quiet was bliss, the night sky amazing. The cabin was clean and comfortable with everything in it we needed. The host, Colin was very welcoming and approachable. The only negative I could say is the worktop space lacked a little but we did use the table when preparing food so not a great hardship.
Nice and quiet, the veiws from the chalet are amazing, the range of wildlife around the chalet was pleasing to see. Colin and Lauren are very welcoming, great hosts.
it’s so lovely to stay in the cabins, it’s so different from every day living, it really makes you feel you are on holiday. The views are stunning and the location is perfect, roughly half way between Ben Nevis and Loch Ness.
